Colonial Reboot

This center hall colonial had served its owners well for years, but when they were ready for a new main bedroom suite, new laundry room mudroom and front entry, we were ready for the challenge Galaxy Building, In House Photography.
The newly designed portico provides fresh, bright posts and trim with contrasting warm wood front door and gentle arched ceiling. The deeper porch provides much needed cover for guests and packaging and the terraced steps and landscaping enabled the elimination of guardrails.
The remodeled foyer and mudroom area provide welcoming and useful entrances from the front and side.
A second floor addition created a spacious main bedroom suite. The bedroom is surrounded by windows and features vaulted ceilings.
The suite includes an entry foyer, bright walk-in closet and convenient laundry room

The suite is complete with this elegant bath blending a clawfoot soaking tub with an industrial shower door and intricate backsplash and floor tile.
