Maplewood Kitchen Blues

Hues of blue continue to be going strong in Maplewood, NJ kitchens from cabinets to paint colors. Here are 4 of our kitchens which span the range of color. Photos by In House photography.


We start with this kitchen/family-room below with its subtle blue-gray base and refrigerator cabinets.

The kitchen is flanked by a seating banquet on one end and open to the family room on the other. Indirect LED lighting on top of the ceiling rafter ties help to showcase the vaulted ceiling and unite the space. The space has an abundance of light, access to driveway with a Dutch door, and access to backyard deck & grill with sliders. RGH

In our final project below, the blue is amplified in the wall color. The blue is balanced with white and natural wood cabinets, quartz counters and a salvaged door for the pantry, painted black. Kasdan Construction Management.
